Yes, we do have COD available to locations wherever our shipping partners deliver. We charge a minimal amount of Rs 50/- for COD orders.

Depending on your location. your package should arrive within 5 to 7 days from the day of the order being confirmed. You will also receive an email notification as your order is shipped.

We are happy to share the ingredients list and any other nutritional information you may require. But we recommend contacting a health care professional before consuming any of our products if there is any concern.

We hate to see you go. But if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send an email to info@purplehippie.in and we will give you a refund. Any claim for a refund or replacement of your choice must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before they've been shipped. Please email us at info@purplehippie.in with any questions or needed support, but once the order has shipped it's out of our hands.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders.

 The amount will be made in favor of the "Billing Name" and the associated mobile number you used when placing the order.

For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.

We primarily ship through our channel partners. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partners.

 In case your delivery address is not covered by our partners, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.
